  15. I have a USRobotics 28800 V.34 external modem.

  17. When I go to call my online provider, the modem makes a brief clicking 
  18. sound but does not dial, let alone connect.  Can someone help me, 
  19. USRobotics is throwing me around in their beauracracy.
